The advanced programme is for you to push your Hyrox training to the highest level. Higher intensity, heavier lifting and faster running are the main focuses of the programme, preparing you for the ultimate Hyrox test.

Whether you are an experienced gym goer or just beginning your fitness journey, the 8 week Hybrid Training Plan is a great place to start. You can work at your own pace and will complete various sessions during the 8 weeks which should improve your overall performance in running, functional work and weight lifting. It is a great test of your fitness.
