About me

Hi, I'm Aiden and I am the creator of these programmes.

My experience with Hyrox started as a conversation in the gym, I religiously attended gym classes which revolved around functional training. My friend and I found Hyrox Dublin in October 2023 and decided to give it a go and this is where I competed in my first Hyrox event in a mixed doubles race.

The race did not go to plan, which can be expected from a first-time race, however I realised I did not train hard enough for the result I wanted and underestimated how difficult the race would be. After this event I knew I could do better. This kick started my passion and desire to nail Hyrox and hybrid fitness events. Since then, I have competed in numerous Hyrox events, including multiple Pro Solo races, continually improving my performance.

I found people were coming to me asking for training tips and recommendations. I enjoyed sharing the knowledge I had gained from my experience, so I decided to create these programmes which aim to collate all the information I have learnt along the way to help others work towards their goals and come away happy from their Hyrox competition and training.
